At J. Maybury & Sons, we provide a complete Electrical, Design, Installation & Maintenance service, backed by full technical support and 30 years industry experience across the Industrial, Commercial & Domestic sectors.

We are accredited by the NICEIC which is the electrical contracting industry’s independent voluntary body for electrical installation matters throughout the UK. It offers industry-leading certification services, Building Regulation Schemes, products and support to electrical contractors and many other trades within the construction industry. 

Contractors registered by NICEIC are assessed on a regular basis to ensure that they are competent and capable of meeting the relevant technical and safety standards, codes of practice and rules of the Schemes they are registered to.  Each Scheme has a defined set of competence criteria that contractors must meet to achieve and maintain registration. We have both Approved Contractor and Domestic Installer approved status.

We provide a professional and distinctive service to our clients. We are proficient in a wide variety of electrical disciplines including General Power and Lighting Installations, Fire Detection & Alarm Systems to BS 5839, Emergency Lighting Design & Installation to BS 5266 and Data & Communications to CAT 5 with full ongoing I.T. support & P.C. repair together with full maintenance and certification of existing Installations.

Our designs incorporate measures to minimise energy consumption & save our clients ongoing running costs, by choice of equipment and utilization of automatic controls.
